I live here currently. Have been living here for 2 years, recently moved into a bigger multiple level unit as the size of my family has grown. Anytime I've had to call maintenance for anything, they've been very prompt and polite. I've dealt with two office members mostly, Destiny and Moses, and also the young lady who's desk is right at the front door, but everyone is very helpful and polite always. Things break, issues happen, especially when a building isn't brand new. But in all my time living here I've never had any major issues, or anything happen that didn't get resolved immediately. Once in my last unit I came home from work about 930 at night to find the paint in my bathroom ceiling bubbling down. Even though it was well after hours, the maintenance guy (who at the time was Moses) was in my apt about 20 minutes after the call. My HVAC had randomly sprung a leak and it was all fixed within about 3 days. There are good people working here doing the best they can with an older property. As a hotel manger of an older property myself, I understand how things are going to happen. What matters most is how the staff reacts and deals with the guests/tenants. These folks are understanding, polite and get things done. I'm grateful to have a home here for me and my family.
