APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Lakewood

My apartment is like any apartment in that it has parts I love, and parts that need to be fixed when they break. To be clear, I love my place! It’s an older property, so the rooms are bigger even if a little dated. But the place really comes together with my own touches, and I love my balcony. I’ve been here a year now and just renewed my lease. The staff, tho, is what makes this property unique. From the office, to the groundskeeping and maintenance crew, I see the effort and talent they have for being available and actively working on improving the environment, my apartment included. I feel safe, and more like I’m living in a community here. Some of the staff have or are living on site, so they are clear about what residents want and need. I feel they are dialed in to the needs of this property and those who live here. A shoutout to Moses, Seth, Destiny, Kim, and the two dudes with beards. (I’ll remember their names later. My bad.) The thing is, they’re dialed in. They’re bringing this property into a much more valuable state than even just the one year I’ve been here. I definitely recommend Ascend.

Just a shout out to say thank you for everything that you all do! It is enormously appriviated! We have been living at this complex for over 2 years now. We have changed apartments recently, we were looking for a lower level apartment, and a quite space with welcoming a new baby soon! To be honest we never really had any issues with anyone working for the complex. There are normal wear and tear and very fixable issues! Nothing out of the ordinary at all! The office always helps us out with what ever we need help with, they are always attentive and very welcoming. The maintaince is doing a good job. There are not a lot of them but they always try to stay on top of everything as much as possible. If they cannot fix something on their own to work on bringing in a contractor as soon as possible! Everyone that works is has been nothing but friendly and very welcoming! Thank you again for everything that you all do, we really appreciate it!

Vincent and Seth spent long hours getting the pool ready after residents trashed it. They worked hard getting the pool open for us and we so appreciate both of you

The unit was freshly painted, carpets shampooed and everything looked great! Thank you to Kim! I think it'll be a great apartment for my daughter and grandson. Also, painters were working on the exterior of several other units, which was nice to see that the management was taking good care of the complex!

The new maintenance team is on point. our maintenance guy ( Moses ) was on top of his work ,extremely nice, double checked everything thoroughly and made sure everything was up to spec before he left.

I greatly appreciated Moses for his friendly attitude and efficiency well tending to my maintenance request promptly! He was awesome, and so was Vince. I am grateful they're part of our maintenance team here, & I’m thankful Destiny & Amanda at the leading center are on the ball with being attentive, friendly & being great with communication too!
