I was a resident of Ascend about a year ago, you can say what you want about prices, amenities, yada, yada, however the staff goes above and beyond for even past residents. I have an issue with a package being delivered to my old address, and the sender and delivery company would not allow me to change the delivery address. I called The office and Kelly has been so helpful through out all my trials, and is doing everything she can to help me get the package which is a b-day present. Thank you Kelly.
