The apt is really nice and the staff was very helpful. We just have insanely loud upstairs neighbors who crash around between 9am-11am and 7pm-9pm, but other than that it's a really nice place.

The staff and management at Ascend have been friendly, kind, efficient, and responsive. I put in a work request, and a delightful worker was here within hours. I recently lost my father and required some additional accommodations, and the staff was wonderful and supportive. Every time I go into the office, I am greeted with warm smiles, and this is greatly appreciated. 🌝

The staff has been really excellent and accommodating of all my needs. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and was move in ready. Made my stress levels moving from California to snow country in Colorado much better. Thanks again to everyone at Ascend at Red Rocks!

My shower knob was fixed after I requested. My air-conditioning system was fixed and it's working... awesome!
